Akbar was the third ruler of the Mughal Empire, he was probably the best of the emperors. He expanded the empire and allowed huge cultural diversity. He ruled from 1556 to 1605.

He was another emperor of the Mughal Empire, he pushed the empire out to its greatest extent but reversed almost all of Akbar's actions and reduced the religious tolerance.
Ottoman Empire

This was an empire based in the Anatolia region which had, like the Mughal Empire, was started by Muslim Turks from Central Asia. This soon became a very large empire that controlled much of the Islamic world.

This was when the Byzantine Empire fell and the Ottoman Empire took the main city of Constantinople. This went on to become the capital of the Ottoman Empire and a major cross point of Europe, Asia, and Africa.
